My 95 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4/0 liter will not hit on number 2 cylinder, got new plugs and fuel injector

Check the compression in that cylinder, may be low compression.

Try switching plug wires to see if it is a bad wire. It could be the fuel injector or wiring to fuel injector.
