1992 Dodge w150.

I just bought a 1992 dodge w150. It's runs
but needs a little work. She let dying every
time my foot wasn't on the gas so I gave
her a tune up. Now my problem is that I
can't get it to accelerate very well. I can
get it up to highway speeds but it takes
forever and if I give it to much gas it just
revs up and won't go any faster. I know
that it's basically just headers for exhaust
and the tranny leaks but idk which to solve
first to get her to drive like a decent truck.
