Power loss

My 1990 dodge power ram was driving down the
highway fine then  All the sudden I felt the power
loss shifted down still power laws found a place to
pull over and it just died now all it will do is turn
over  The oil pressure gauge is down all the way
the oil light is on but has oil and coolant

Haven't checked that yet towing to my buddy's house from side of the road currently but I have since learned that there is no spark at the coil
