Car is running hot coolant seem to b forcing itself out of the top cap of the resivoir

Could be a stuck thermostat or the dreaded blown headgasket. Does it start blowing coolant shortly after it has been started? If so then a headgasket is suspect, if not then replace the thermostat and recheck, also make sure the coolant fans operate properly.

No it doesn't start leaking until its up to temp

Then replace the thermostat, and use a failsafe type.
