2002 Ford Taurus, only have headlights on high beam, when you switch to low beam, no lights...have changed bulbs & dimmer switch assembly to no avail...what could be the problem???

Check to see if you have a "headlight" fuse or you might have a " R hi beam or L hi beam" My point is you could have a separate fuse for hi vs loo beam headlights
