abs light on a 2002 ford focus after replacing spindle and drum and nut was not on before replacing

There is a speed or wheel sensor down there, the wire may be off, or it is broken.

well don't see it broken anywhere but that don't mean anything

If you find someone who has a scanner that can read ABS code, that would tell you right where it is.
