Bad Gas

The bad fuel has mixed with the fuel that was already in the tank, Seafoam and other additives may not always avoid problems. How much gas does the gauge shows is in the tank now? If you are able to start the car again after stalling, try to run the engine, either parked or moving, until gauge shows about one quarter of tank; then fill up again with GOOD fuel. It the car stalls and does not start, the only other alternative is to drain fuel from tank, replace in line fuel filter and fill up again. You may still experience stalls until all the bad fuel past the fuel filter is eliminated.

Run out the gas and fill up with good gas. You may need to change the fuel filter like Jorge says.

Half tank of gas the car runs at idle when driven shuts off . But starts again wrench light is on .

The wrench may appear because of the bad gas in the fuel system. I would continue to run the gas more and then fill up, if the car shuts off when driven, put at least 10 gallons using gasoline containers. F_O_R may have an additional suggestion.

You could take a chance and fill up the tank with good gas and hope that the good mixed with the bad will be enough to cause it to run.
