2002 for escape

I have replaced the water pump thermostat
the raiditor is new and the fans kick on but
my light is on for water temp doesn't over
heat yet but boils water out of resivoir what
do I do now

Your cooling system is full of coolant? Maybe there is air in the cooling system, bleed the air. Using the temp gage on the dash is ok to begin, but, not the final say. I'd use an infra-red non-contact temp gun to read engine temp, then compare to temp on the dash, the readings should be close. Just my opinion.
