Will it mess with the sensors if I cut off the rear 2 cars
and the muffler on. A 2004 crown vic?

Just leave the cats on, but removing the muffler won’t do anything besides making the car sound better, if it was me doing it I’ll have the exhaust cut out to the side like i did to my Tahoe, my 5.3 sounds like it has headers but it don’t.

The rear sensors measure catalyst efficiency. Cutting the rear cats off may cause the check engine light to come on. Don't be a tool and take off the muffler.
