2006 Chevy 1500

Asked by Wade Jun 08, 2017 at 01:49 PM about the 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 1LT Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Started truck this morning, noticed a rough idle and the
flashing engine light. My gf has driven it the last 2 days
and did not inform me that was happening. I know it's
impossible to diagnose, should I go get the code checked
and report back? How far is too far to drive like this? I've
moved 30 mins from everyone I know that has any shops
for repairs, that's the reason I'm asking about time frame
and driving too far. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your response tennisshoes! I ran to AutoZone right after work and had them toss their Innova system on the truck to see what codes came up. The follow are what popped up in order. P0300 Random Misfire Detected P0030 H02S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor1) P0053 H02S Heather Resistance (Bank1, Sensor1) P0135 02 Heater Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 1) P0332 Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Low Input (Bank 2) P0449 Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit Intermittent P0300 Random Misfire Detected P0030 H02S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor1) P0053 H02S Heather Resistance (Bank1, Sensor1) P0135 02 Heater Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 1) P0332 Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Low Input (Bank 2) P0449 Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit Intermittent And yes the codes read twice, not sure if that was accurate, but that is how they posted on their system. Any ideas? anyone seen these before or have an idea? I'm stressing now as we just had some repairs on our other vehicle, we have a vacation coming up in 2 weeks we've already paid for, which I have spare money tucked away for the vacation and emergencies. Thanks for any responses in advance.
