calipers are locked up o my 05 chevy silveradao only the drivers side is that an abs sensor problem?
Most likely no, you could have a bad caliper, collapsed brake hose, too much moisture in the brake fluid causing steam in the caliper locking it up, a pad worn out and binding in the slide. Just a few things to consider.
we replaced the caliper today and it started yesterday it locked up as I was driving and got really hot we got the new caliper and put it on and was bleeding them and it seased up again?
also the wire for the abs appears melted after it getting hot
You are going to have to flush the entire brake system, double check the brake hoses as they do collapse internally.
Plus replacing the sensor wiring.
