Dead battery???

My battery has juice,but headlights won’t
come on, no interior lights, no dash lights
and it won’t turn over.

How do you know the battery has juice? Did you check with a volt meter? Check the battery cable connections, sometimes need to be cleaned (loosen the battery cables and clean with a wire brush, reconnect securely.)
