my 2003 honda crv wont turn over.
You need to have 12 Volts, not 10.2 volts, Not 8.5 but 12 Volts, the lights coming does not mean the battery is good. If you check and have 12 volts then I would next look at the starter...
make sure it's all the way in park. mine does that all the time. it's just the neutral safety switch most likely. Or if it went out, try putting it in Neutral to start it Good luck!
