How to get my radio out of the off position in my 2002c70

If the display on your radio shows "OFF", you need to turn the key to the accessory position and let the car sit for around 2 hours with the "OFF" text on the screen. Make sure you turn off the climate control and anything else to preserve battery life. Once it's done, the display will show "CODE" and you can input the code. If you need help finding the code, usually it's written on top of the radio or in the owner's manual. Otherwise, you can call your Volvo dealer with the VIN of the car and the radio's serial number and they can provide you with the code for free.
