rpm, is revelutions per minute,egr,is egr ualve.,mpg miles per gallon,and so on not complated at all.


hp -- horsepower -- a measure of engine power output based on how much is being moved over a certain distance and time. rpm -- revolutions per minute -- how fast the crankshaft is spinning. pcm -- powertrain control module -- computer that controls engine and emission functions. tcm -- transmission control module -- comp. that controls transmission function OBD-II -- Onboard Diagnostics, version II -- the federally-mandated protocol for engine control computers, effective 1996+ mpg -- miles per gallon -- as described above There are so many terms it is hard to really give your question an answer without writing a book. Are there any in particular you have heard and are curious about? This would be an easier way to answer your question.
