My lexus IS 300 wont turn over. its not the battery or fuses

My lexus IS 300 wont turn over and all lights in the car wont turn on and my locks wont work. its not the battery or the fuses. Can anyone help with that?

Mine did the same. The ECU supposedly died. Ordered a new one , had it put in reprogrammed it to the key and still won't start. Good luck!
