2000 Lexus ES300 will not start

2000 Lexus ES300 with 170K miles will not start. Car will turn over but not getting any fire. I have had an engine light and traction control light for about a week but it has ran fine for that week. Anyone with any ideas? Battery is a year old and car turns over just fine, and all interior stuff works as advertised.

Not getting any fire. You mean it wont start or you have checked the plugs and there is no spark?
