Depending on how bad the leaks are the only thing you can try is some stop leak that is if the leaks are not that big. I have used bars leak and alumi seal with great results but there are other stop leak products out there that work also but that is your choice.

Replace the hoses and gaskets and repair it properly if you plan on keeping the truck.
