Yukon Denali XL directional light issue

Asked by Kjcarp Feb 04, 2016 at 08:58 AM

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Why does only my right front directional light not
work? Changed bulb and also determined there is
no relay associated with the system. Running light
works but only right front is not working.

Must be that the bulb is not making contact in the socket, try moving it around with the park lights on, blinkers...If still can't get it then need to see if power is getting threw the bulb socket using a test light.

Thank you. After taking out a second time found a crimped wire and it somehow became dislodged from the connector. Electrical taped the crimped area and reconnected to the connector and WaLa works fine. Thanks again for your help!
