My 1995 chevy lumina temperature needle is closer to the
red hot indicator   Radiator n temormastad  was replace in  
march   What is the cost for it to over heat

I would replace the thermostat again. See if they have a warranty. If that fails to pan out, check your radiator hoses for any blockages. I would also do a radiator flush if you haven't done one in awhile.
