my opel kadett 1.6i 95model when i disconnect the battery and connect it again it start but when u press the excelerator it doesnt ref immidiately it takes myb 5minutes to be refed,so can be the problem

im driving a opel kadett 1.6i fuel injector what can be the problem i swhich on the engine it swing's but i don't get fire i checked the plug wire's there's no spark what can it be?
