Exhaust question

Question type: Car Customization

Ok so I have a Mazda 3 hatch with a resonator delete. It
sounds awesome, not loud but it makes a nice crackle
sound when I shift. Anyways I do have a question:

When the car is off for a bit and pipes are cold, it sounds
like those annoying ricer hondas which sounds terrible, but
after a few minutes when they heat up, it gets more
aggressive and the bad ricer sounds goes away, and the
hotter it gets over time it sounds better. Why does that
happen? Not an issue with driving at all by the way, drives
great, perfect condition. Just asking why it changes the
sounds depending on temperature

Your air and fuel ratio changes as your engine temperature increases and that ratio changes your exhaust sound
