01 Tahoe start stall

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I can start my Tahoe and immediately it will die.
Sometimes it will just idle poorly. When it stalls I
can turn the ignition on and off couple times then it
starts and runs fine. Started doing this couple days
after I pulled the IAC valve and cleaned it but don't
believe it's related but not sure. Security light only
blinks when door is opened which I think is normal.
Any ideas?

Fuel filter is new. Was clogged setting codes and started having hard starts and idling problems not long after it was replaced. New pressure regulator as well
