Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 97 accord 2.2 I've replaced
thermostat fans bypassed heater core and it
still over heats...after it cools down I only
have to add about half a cup coolant to top
it off....oil looks good

1 Answer

Bleed the cooling system for air pocket by leaving the radiator cap off until the thermostat opens up. Top it off while running, and put the cap back on when it is running when you are done.
