I have a 1981 Delta 88 with some sort of pump that locked up, will not turn. Need to know what this pump is called so i can replace. It is located directly under the AC compressor.

Its an Air Pump for the exhaust, an emissions part. Sometimes you can take them apart and free them up. It is common for them to freeze up.
