My 90 model gmc with 5.7lit misses when you give it a little throttle and when driving it tends to miss but you can give it more throttle and it kinda smoothes out

This could be plugs,wires,distributor cap and rotor,or change the fuel filter,if this does not help,you may have a bad fuel injector.
