Well, what do you mean by cheap? Cheap price, cheap maintenance or cheap on gas? Actually, there's no such thing as a cheap car and it's all relative. Cheap compared to what? So, you'll have to narrow your question down a little more. And, by the way, a FAST CAR for a 16 year old is a bad idea! Why? Insurance. Maybe your the 16 year old asking this question?

Just get yourself a cheap car thats not fast, just something to get you from point A to point B, worry about fast when you hone your driving skills. Save your money because there are no cheap fast cars...
