What's a good, cheap car that will probably have a nice, low insurance rate?

I'm a 20-something woman in college with good grades and a tight budget, so I'm looking for a car that will be very very gentle on my wallet.

I would first speak with an auto insurance agent and find out what their recommendations are.

Yes, ytlas is right. The rule of thumb is always a 4 door sedan, and or with AWD. Basically anything a soccer mom would drive.
