I have a 93 chevy g20 van. When i go to accelerate it wont go. What is that?

It wouldn't be fuel filter? I just bought it and it drove home fine. Then i put gas in it and about a half a mile leaving the gas station. It started sputtering.

Oh that is a little bit more information that might change things. Your fuel pump may have stopped working or possibly a clogged filter or even something electrical no spark to spark plugs. That is just a few things that could be wrong.
