My Volkswagen jetta ran fine yesterday started all day with no problems went out in the
rain this morning and got nothing battery is good lights all work dash lights up in
dashboard but nothing happens car wonk crank over not even a click any help here would
be appreciated thank you

Check and clean battery connections.

1994 Grand Am GT cranks but won't start. This car was driven about 120 a day. Ran great one day and the next morning it wouldn't start. It cranks fine but doesn't fire. About 3 weeks ago I went to start up my 2009 Honda Civic Sedan lx and lights came on and everything but wouldn't start. On the third time trying to start it none of the lights came on, so I changed the battery. I tried starting it with the new battery, all lights came on perfectly, but it wouldn't turn over. I changed the starter and the car ran fine with no problems for maybe 2 weeks. This morning I was driving down the road when the check engine light came on and the engine suddenly started to rev up uncontrollably. I was able to brake but it was very hard to do because the engine kept revving. Without my foot on the brake the car was going 30 something mph, when I braked and got below 15 I felt a hard downshift. Has anyone had these simliar problems or know what might have cause this kind of behavior? 3 Answers

When I started my car for around a week the radio sometimes wouldn't turn on at all. Then one day the car wouldn't start. Just the clicking sound with radio, lights and everything on. It runs on a jump fine. Sometimes radio on sometimes not working I changed the battery & terminals few months ago and no problems. It's a 2001 Nissan Sentra.
