It's it easy to replace motor with
already built motor or rebuild and
machine the one I got I plan to
restore the truck slowly so I want a
little more hp and tq as well

Replace. A GMPP crate engine is cheap (relatively speaking), and not much more than a rebuild. The ZZ4 is a great engine with pretty good output possibility for a reasonable price
