What changes do i have to make internally to a cars engine when adding a turbo

http://turbokits.com/ ...they sell aftermarket turbochargers, with and without 'tuning kits'. There is an 800# on the page that an 'expert' will answer any questions. (I can't vouch that you will get a real expert or a salesman that doesn't know squat)
