01 DODGE RAM1500 4WD noise from front passenger wheel

light clicking noise as wheel rotates put up on a jack no wobble at all on tire replaced
wheel bearings @ a year ago both sides u joints seem tight any other suggestions would
be helpfull.noise only when tire rotates sitting still & turn wheel no noise.
