Freind of mine has a 2003 chevey Trail Blazer will not shift into 4 high or 4 low all the lights on the dash light up and show what drive your trying to go into . but stays in 2 wheel drive it has the 4.2 engine

Would it be the actuator? on the front axel or the encoder on the t case?
