1990 ford thunderbird wont start put a new fuel pump on it put a new fuel pressure reglater on it it will run if u put a gas rag in the breather hole
Test the fuel pressure, if you don't have enough it won't run, just because a part is new doesn't mean it is a good one. If you pressure is good then check you injector fuse, if it is good then check for an injector pulse from the ECM, if you have pulse then there is something wrong with the injectors, could be crud build up in the injector inlet.
Does your car have a inertia fuel shutoff switch? If so is it tripped.
