The car advertised by Jerry's is not there. Is this a scam?

I filled out the interest form and found out they do not have that car.  I believe this is false advertising  It sounded too good to be true and it was!  2013 escalade luxury awd $54,983.

call them if they were nice enough to post a number else I'd say forget them...they do not know how to be reached~
