my 99 camry 4 cylinder stalls at most stop lights and signs...why

If runs fine other than issues listed its probably either the throttle body needs cleaning or idle air control valve needing cleaning or faulty. Hope this helps

...any number of things can precipitate this condition...like dandy says could be a fouled up throttle...PCV valve not workin', idle air control (If equipped)...simple vacuum leak....emission control has vacuum operated devices~need your diagnostics to replace the correct part~ recommend silicone vacuum lines will not dry and crack~
