Chance the spark plug first. If that doesn't work, chance the coil pack, if that doesn't fix it, chance the ignition coil for that cylinder. if that doesn't work, it is probably a fuel delivery problem/injector problem.
Instead of buying a bunch of parts that don't need changing, swap the plug with the cylinder next to it. If 4 is still misfiring, swap coils, etc., etc., etc.
