Which transmission fluid is best recommended for Honda accord v6 2002 ?

DexronIII or Mercon is used by some Honda owners. Your owners manual will tell you to but only Honda fluid from the dealer, but they just want to sell you the oil. I am putting a GREAT BIG DISCLAIMER HERE Do not take my word for it. My sources could be wrong and I do NOT want your car damaged
