I have a 2004 kia optima that quit running. The check engine light came on and it wouldn't start. I'm only getting spark to the passenger side and not the driver side. When I put a wrench on the crack and try to turn it by hand it only goes so far and then it binds up. Can someone help me out with where to start looking for they problem

I bought a new computer for it and replaced the ecm on the drivers side! Would it be possible for the crank or cam sensor to be bad?
