how do you re-attach a license plate that fell off? (the screws fell of and the metal screw holes are destroyed)

Go to a good car acc shop,you can buy plastic fittings ,the holes need to be drilled out/filed squire then the plastic inserts are pressed in ?ergo 2 new license plate holders. I am not very good at describing how to do things ,I just get it done ,it does work!!
