Can I refuse to take possession of a car from out of town

If I start the purchase process for a vehicle on CarGurus and when the car
arrives it is not what I expected, can I refuse to take possession? If so, will I be
charged a fee?

CarGurus doesn't sell cars. It is an advertising site. If you have a problem talk to the actual seller.
