You may have to find a mechanic for the engine, transmission and brakes. A body shop can do the paint and an upholstery shop can do the interior.

A full blown restoration to like new could cost 30 grand or more and that is if the car is in fairly good shape to begin with and that is with you doing a lot of the work yourself. A restoration shop bill will likely be double that or more which is why you will find that a lot of shops have cars for sale because the owner could not pay the bill.
