I just replaced both front wheel bearings and
half shafts. Still horrible grinding noise from
front end. At wits end

Did you install the brake pads? I had a mechanic working at my garage 'forget' to install the brake pads on a car. Drove it down the road only to hear horrible grinding from the front end. Otherwise, you need to check visually inspect everything.
