when purchasing a car thru  CarGurus, how do we
get the car? Is the car  transported to us, do we go
get it, how does this work?

Go get it. You always want to see and drive the car first.

This site is setup like another auto sales website or market place. Cargurus doesn't sell vehicles, just ads.
