What is the highest recorded millage on a 2002 Ford mustang?

My granddaughter is needing a
dependable car. She has 2 small
babies (15 mo. & 2 mo.)
She only has a budget of $2,500.
Most cars for a budget like this are
high millage. Out of experience I
know some cars will get way over
300,000 if properly matained.
How about mustang's? All 2000 -
2011 models?

Just because a few people get a lot of miles out of a car does not mean your granddaughter will. A Mustang is a poor choice when you need to have two car seats. Help her out if you can and get her a decent station wagon or a SUV.
