92 accord. Why wont my fan turn off when I turn off the engine? Please help

I recently noticed it after I sprayed
degreaser and then washed it of with water
then it kicked on and wont turn off unless I
take the fuse out...

the temp sensor on some cars will run the fan after shutdown till cool,,if shorted with water under sensor wire cap, this may happen, un plug and blow air dry, same with relay box , maybe hairdrier can remove moisture
