squeel screech from bottom end

2 years ago i changed the oil in my 89 350 motor and it was barely ticking now it sounds
like a horrible squeaking noise from the bottom end im not sure what it is at frist i thought
it was a bent valve now i think may be on the bottom end please advise going to school
for motor so i know a little but not alot yet

A bent valve won't ever make that kind of noise. Use a piece of metal tubing like conduit to listen to the motor, put your ear to one end and the other end to the motor where you think the noise is coming from, this will give you a better idea of where it's coming from.
