How is it that we, as the buyer, can actually drive the car and put hands on it to test it out?

http://cargurus.helpscoutdocs.com/article/144-how-does-private-buyer-seller-communication-work If you go to the link it should show you how to get in touch with the seller so you can set up a test drive. Cargurus is just an online marketplace for sellers from all over to display their wares. Also if there is a green text or chat button you can use that and Cargurus will send your information to the dealer and have them contact you to set up an appointment to test drive..
