When key is on fuel pressure reads 0. Whentruck is running pressure reads 42psi pump hums when key is turned on

40-45 is the spec for fuel pressure, Dodge 5.9.. so that's perfect for your truck. So if it's running ok I wouldn't worry about it http://www.dodgetalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=271222 the thread says a bad fuel pressure regulator will allow the pressure to bleed off even with key on
